I really believe that having a transparent and structured client process really adds value to a service. On this part, I break down my client process for you to better understand the process and how I provide quality service to my client, from start to finish.

01   Alignment Call
Hey there! Before we dive into contracts and deposits, let’s have a quick 30-minute chat. This is where we’ll talk about everything—what the project entails, what you need, timelines, and budgets. It’s a great chance to make sure we’re on the same page.

02   Document Signing
After our call, I’ll send you a project proposal that outlines what we discussed, including the deliverables and the cost. Once you give it the green light, I’ll share the contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit. We can’t move forward until we have everything signed and the deposit paid, so we’ll make sure that’s all squared away!

03   Design Time
Once I get the signed contract and your deposit, we’re ready to roll! I’ll kick off my design process and start exploring ideas that fit your brief. I’ll walk you through each step as we go.

04   Draft Presentation
After the agreed timeframe for the preparation of the design draft, I’ll present my design to you. I’ll explain each choice I made and why it fits your needs. After the presentation, I’ll send you a deck with all the details so you can refer back to it while you gather your thoughts.

05   Feedback Time
Take a moment to let everything sink in—this part is important! I suggest giving it a day or two before sharing your feedback. Depending on what we need to tweak, I might send the changes via email or we can schedule another call if it needs a bit more discussion.

06   Offboarding & Retention
Once you’re happy and give me the final thumbs-up, I’ll send over the last invoice. After that’s taken care of, I’ll share all the final files in a neat and organized folder for you to use right away. I like to check in with clients a couple of months after we finish up, just to see how everything’s going, so I’ll be in touch!
